Welcome to our Facial Recognition System. By accessing or using our system, including our web and mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the system.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Any use of the Service for unlawful, discriminatory, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. Users are not permitted to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Service in any manner. Additionally, sharing access credentials or unauthorized data with third parties is not allowed.
Our system consists of two mobile applications: the Waste Picker Management System (WPMS) and the Waste Picker Application. WPMS is designed for administrators to manage waste pickers, and login credentials are created by the super admin. If a waste picker belongs to a different company, the admin must select "Existing Waste Picker" to register them using facial recognition.
When a waste picker brings waste to WPMS, the system sorts the waste, calculates the weight and cost, and generates an invoice. Payments are handled offline only, and waste picker details can be edited and updated within WPMS. The Waste Picker Application is used by waste pickers for check-in and check-out via facial recognition. A report will be generated by the driver based on the ID list of waste pickers.
We collect and process Personal Data, including facial images and metadata, to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Personal Data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, we do not guarantee that it will always be available. Access may be suspended or terminated for maintenance or other operational reasons without prior notice.
