Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

System Overview

Our system consists of two mobile applications: the Waste Picker Management System (WPMS) and the Waste Picker Application.

Waste Picker Management System (WPMS):

  • Designed for administrators to manage waste pickers.
  • Login credentials are created by the super admin.
  • If a waste picker belongs to a different company, the admin must select "Existing Waste Picker" to register them using facial recognition.
  • When a waste picker brings waste to WPMS, the system sorts the waste, calculates the weight and cost, and generates an invoice.
  • Payments are handled offline only.
  • Waste picker details can be edited and updated within WPMS.

Waste Picker Application:

  • Used by waste pickers for check-in and check-out via facial recognition.
  • A report will be generated by the driver based on the ID list of waste pickers.

Facial Recognition System

  • Our Services use a Facial Recognition System for creating waste picker profiles.
  • By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of facial recognition data.
  • We ensure that facial recognition data is stored securely and used solely for identification purposes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

This Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
